Dr. Fine comes to RICARES as part of his continued work in community health as he pursues Neighborhood Health Stations in Rhode Island to increase access and supports for healthcare to residents. Dr. Fine is the former director of the Rhode Island Department of Health, as well as HealthAccessRI, and founding practitioner of Hillside Family and Community Medicine.
